That would be a good start, but looking at the video, there is every chance he either landed too fast or possibly even with the wind behind him. What really screwed him was the position of the elevator, it was neutral when it should have been fully up to keep the tail on the ground. Taildraggers are no different to any other plane to fly, but are a bugger to land unless you know how to and stick to the procedure.
