So after a 75 mile blat today on Snell's Hyper796....... I Like It !
My monster 696 is still a great little bike, but the H796 was definitely more fun, even on slippy country lanes that i didnt know.
The Hyper had only done 80 miles when i got on it, and it was just as fast as the monster which is fully run in, so i guess the Hyper is a little faster if anything.
I loved the high up riding positon, and its just smaller enough than te 1100 for a short arse like me to ride.
round the country lanes and the 272 it was a scream, almost got to the edge of the tyres in the middle of winter the first time out
So.... should i ??

It or the Aprillia Factory - they did a comparison in MCN this week and both came out well.

Steve, chat to AK - he brought the Snells demo home Monday week ago - getting the tyres ready for clients to test it as it only had the pdi mileage he put on it that day.
He did the round trip of 50 miles - ask him what he thought. CK |

I love Carbon & Titanium & hate ugly bikes, you know, the ones that were built after the 916 types and before the 1098 types! My Jota still goes Rumpety Rump!

I did ride the 1100 a while ago, its too tall or me.
Height also rules out the Aprillia

sounds like the HM796 is ideal.
A little more poke and a different riding experience. An ideal variation.
